Rest, Renewal, and the Two Spirits: Weekly Recap | December 1-7, 2025

This week brought rich conversations about the Spirit of Man and the Spirit of Christ, the nature of rest and faith, the evolution of spiritual history, and important questions from our community. Across every episode and teaching, one message emerged: God invites us into rest, freedom, and life in the Spirit, not the burden of religion.

Summary of Everything, Parts 1 and 2

Sunday Schooled Introductory Teachings

Part 1

Shawn opens The Summary of Everything series by exploring how humanity sees divine truth only in part and how God seeks sincerity over ritual.
He traces this principle from Genesis to Proverbs, explaining how the Spirit of Man was born in the Garden through self-will.
The session closes with a call to discern between the Spirit of Man and the Spirit of God in the fulfilled age.

Hebrews Chapter 4, Parts 1 and 2

I Don’t Get The Bible Podcast

Delaney and Shawn continue their study through Hebrews with a deep exploration of spiritual rest.
They explain what it means to enter God’s rest, how faith liberates us from fear and performance, and how creation, determinism, and divine economies fit the fulfilled worldview.

Their conversations highlight:

  • the difference between rest and religious effort
  • the simple gospel of Christ
  • why belief defines true faith
  • how deontological living contrasts with outcome driven systems
  • why love is the quiet fruit of walking by faith

Together, the two episodes offer an honest and freeing picture of Yeshuan thought in motion.

The Yeshuan Call In Hour

This week’s Call In Hour centered on questions about sin, freedom, and the Spirit of Man.
Shawn and Delaney explain why sin no longer separates humanity from God but still harms love and the heart, and why unbelief is the deeper issue addressed in Scripture.

Callers asked about Revelation, the apocrypha, the lake of fire, sacred architecture, and the difference between Christianity and Protestant tradition.
The conversation circled back to the Yeshuan message: freedom, humility, belief, and the Spirit of Christ define life in the fulfilled kingdom.
