There is a lot of wide discussion that could be had at Yeshuans. For now, we can have it all here in the General Forum. As we collectively see fit, we can open up new Forums as needed to handle more specific conversation.

But as we start, feel free to submit questions or thoughts here in this forum. You can direct them at me by tagging me with @delaneymccraneynorris if needed!

I won’t be able to watch today but I wanted to ask a question regarding prayer.

When we pray out loud with other people in public (opening prayer for example) are we using just our words or listening for the Holy Spirit to inspire us?

When I speak to Yahavah throughout the day I am very informal as He is my Father. Should public prayer take on a more formal tone?

This doesn’t have to be a call in question, I’d love to hear others takes on how they view prayer.

Thank you for this Claire! We addressed it in the call in show pretty early on. It was a great topic!

    Ezekiel 36:25-27 NIV

[25] I will sprinkle clean water on you, and you will be clean; I will cleanse you from all your impurities and from all your idols. [26] I will give you a new heart and put a new spirit in you; I will remove from you your heart of stone and give you a heart of flesh. [27] And I will put my Spirit in you and move you to follow my decrees and be careful to keep my laws.

Do you think this is referring to the time of Pentecost?

In Ezekiel 39: who do you interpret as Gog/Magog? From what I’ve read, preterists are split on this point of who it was in the past where futurists believe it hasn’t occurred yet. Curious what you think!
